Appointments

Routine Appointment

pen_on_diaryThese can be made by calling at the surgery or telephoning 534699 between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. If you want to discuss several problems, ask the receptionist for a longer appointment. A private room is available if you wish to talk to the receptionist in confidence.

If you can’t keep your appointment or are going to be late, let us know as soon as possible, so that someone else can be seen.

Urgent Problems

An on call doctor will see anyone who needs to be seen. You may have to wait longer as emergencies will be seen first. Please tell the receptionist if anyone seems too ill to wait.

We guarantee that if you are seriously concerned about any patient a Doctor will see them as soon as possible. It is safer to bring even the most ill child to surgery, than to wait for a doctor to visit.

First Visit

Please ask the receptionist to explain the patient calling system which is used by some of the Clinicians.
