Practice Area

We are currently accepting new patients within our catchment area.

The boundary of our practice area is Queens Drive, Drakes Way up to the junction with Marlowe Avenue, running into Shaftesbury Avenue, Nythe, Covingham, Dorcan, Liden, Eldene, Stratton, Lawn and parts of Old Town, Parks North and South and Walcot.

How to Register as a Patient 

To register as a patient ask at reception for details.  When registering you will be required (invited) to attend for a health check. It is important that you attend this appointment as it allows us to obtain basic information about you while we are waiting for your records to arrive.
